Restaurant Pakhoes has been a household name in Maastricht since 1989. Guidy Wolfs has been chef and owner for more than 30 years. His cooking style is classic French-Belgian. Sauces and perfect cuissons have always been the guiding principle in his kitchen. The building is a renovated old warehouse located in one of the most picturesque parts of the Wyck district, near the historic Waterpoort. The interior is industrial, but intimate and stylish, each level with its own atmosphere. During the summer months there is also a beautiful terrace with a view of “Mother Maas”, where you can dine, drink and enjoy in peace.
