We only process your personal data when we are lawfully allowed to do so and for the purposes we have described below.

Contact form or email
You can contact us via our contact form or by sending an email. We then have a legitimate interest in processing the data we have obtained from you in this way. We process the content of the email or the message via the contact form, your name and email address with the purpose of sending a response to your message. We retain this communication for a maximum of two years.

We are happy to send you a newsletter because you have registered yourself. We will keep you informed about André Rieu and his concerts, or about the events in the city of Maastricht. We therefore process your name and e-mail address to send you information and news. We offer the possibility to unsubscribe under each newsletter. Image bank
When you sign up for our image bank, we create a login for you. Your name and address, e-mail address and gender will be processed for that purpose. We need this information to let you log in to our image bank and give you the possibility to download photos. We keep your data for this purpose until you have unsubscribed.

Statistics about website visits
How nice that you visit our website! When you visit our website, your IP address and location data are processed for analysis of the origin and behaviour of target groups on this website. For this we require prior permission. See more under point 7 (cookies).

4.    Transfer
Recipients of personal data

We have signed a data processing agreement with our processors. We have obliged the processors engaged by us to respect the confidentiality of your data.
