Toneelgroep Maastricht

The “Bordenhal” is the home base for the Theatre Group Maastricht. TGM creates inviting, musical and much discussed plays for a wide audience. TGM performs its plays at Theatre de Bordenhal as well as other theatres, festivals and on location in The Netherlands and Flanders. TGM is one of nine nationally subsidised theatre companies. At Theatre de Bordenhal you can also on occasion view performances by other companies. Since January 2015 the company has been under the artistic direction of Servé Hermans and Michel Sluysmans. Hermans and Sluysmans focus on creating a strong connection with the region and the shows are created 'from the ground on which we tred'. The performances often include live music and young talent.
