The Limburg coffee brand Coffeelovers can be found in a number of places, including in Maastricht's most beautiful book shop. Boekhandel Dominicanen is truly a sight to behold! This beautiful monumental building houses a vast array of books, magazines, and other literature. In the back of the former church, you can enjoy some hot chocolate and order a bite to eat. Coffeelovers’ other coffee concepts can be found throughout the city, for instance in the Céramique district.
DARQ Maastricht
DARQ Maastricht is located beneath the most romantic arches in Maastricht. This relatively new chocolate and coffee concept serves delicious hot chocolate. They offer white, milk, and dark hot chocolate varieties. From your first sip, you will know that this is no ordinary chocolate, as DARQ Maastricht only uses the best and most sustainable chocolate. If you are lucky, your hot chocolate will be served with a ‘Mestreechter Puneke’ (chocolate kiss).
