This concept is inspired by the Spanish Pincho, similar to tapas, but with bread in the main role. The bread from De Bisschopsmolen 's bakery is served per two slices on a board. On the 17th-century Vaeshartelt estate lies The Greenhouse. The glass room full of plants is a feast for the eyes. The menu features local, vegetarian and fresh dishes. Early birds can get there as early as seven, but you are also welcome for brunch. Order banana pancakes with pecans, blueberries and agave syrup or a healthy smoothie bowl. Also on the same premises is The Bistro. This restaurant is classically decorated and more reminiscent of a French country house. The breakfast options here are less extensive, but the croissant is delicious. And if it's already a bit later in the morning: they serve delicious Limburg flan.
