Heppienest is a 16-person group accommodation in a farmhouse in Sint Geertruid. Where you now comfortably stay, the cattle stables used to be. As much demolition material as possible was reused in the interior. The ceiling beams became stair treads and other wooden beams became the bar in the kitchen. Apart from being authentic, the furnishings are modern rustic and luxurious. The main bathroom, for example, is like a wellness centre, with a 3-person infrared sauna, a large round bathtub and a walk-in rain shower. Three of the four bedrooms have a loft, making them like studios in the large holiday home. A nice place to retreat together after socialising in the cosy living room or on the sunny terrace.
