You can also find your favourite hair products and make-up at a large Kruidvat outlet here. Xenos can also be found here, ideal for the cutest home decoration to make your home even more fun. Everything is conveniently close together, allowing you to browse and shop at your leisure.

At lunchtime, walk towards the river Meuse, where you can settle down on the spacious terrace at Grand Café Centre Ville. This place is also known as 'the living room of Mosae ForumForum', a cosy café where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner. What's on the menu? The afternoon: get lost in the charm of the city

After lunch, head further into the city. Through the cosy shopping streets you will discover small boutiques and local shops, from fashion to interior design. Some highlights not to miss during your visit to the city: Boekhandel Dominicanen, the Vrijthof, the Basilica of Our Lady, the city walls in the Jekerk Quarter and the Helpoort gate. Maastricht is a very versatile city. Our tip: wander around without a plan, stray off the beaten track and get lost in the small streets. That's how you'll experience the city at its best.

Finish with shopping

At the end of the day, return to Mosae Mosae Forum Shopping Centre. Still hungry and want a quick snack? Then stop at Bufkes for delicious, artisanal sandwiches. Before getting into the car, you can do some shopping. Walk into Turquoise Mosae Gusto for Turkish delicacies and fresh meals, or cross over to Amazing Oriental, the Asian supermarket full of fresh produce, special spices and delicious snacks. But be warned, you'll find so many goodies here that you certainly won't leave empty-handed. For a big or small errand, the Jumbo next door is also a good choice. With filled bags and feeling satisfied, you'll end your day. Whether you drive out of the city again or take the bus to the station, Maastricht will always let you go home more burgundy than you came.
