Au Coin des Bons Enfants
1 star
From the old church floor to the monumental constellations: at Maastricht's star restaurant Au Coin des Bons Enfants, you dine in historic settings. As you would expect from a Michelin-starred restaurant, there is of course the necessary (modern) style and luxury. In summer you sit under a canopy of vines on the patio, in winter you sit cosily by a crackling fire. The dishes are little works of art on your plate, with a classic base with Mediterranean influences and the chef's creative signature. The ingredients are top quality and responsibly sourced. The meat is organic, the fish line-caught and the vegetables sun-ripened.

Tabkeaw
Bib Gourmand
Gastronomic Thai food is at Tabkeaw, which was named a "restaurant with quality cuisine" by the Michelin jury. You can dine in Thai atmosphere in the restaurant itself, or pick up meals to enjoy at home. In the kitchen, four Thai women prepare dishes from their homeland. Truly authentic. They use as many original spices from Thailand as possible to make traditional delicacies. For example, order a spicy glass noodle salad or a Thai omelette. Few restaurants in this list have such a long list of dishes to choose from.
