Carmen is the daughter of Mathieu Hermans, who sadly passed away in 2020. He leaves behind a wonderful legacy, namely one of Maastricht's finest bakeries. Rich in the most delicious flans, secret bread recipes and the most beautiful pastries. Hermans' sugar buns and flans are a well-known Maastricht product far beyond the city. With her young and modern vision, Carmen gives a new twist to the classic baking skills of Bakkerij Hermans.
