From TV baker to author
After his success in Heel Holland Bakt and international baking adventures, Cas Wolters now presents his own book De vlaaienbakker (The Flan Baker). During this book presentation, he talks about his passion for baking and the stories behind his recipes.

An ode to the Limburg flan
Together with Suzanne Heuts, he collected classic and innovative recipes. From apricot and cherry flan to luxury versions such as rice flan and Belgian cream flan. The book is full of inspiration and practical tips.
