The Friday market in Maastricht has around 400 stalls and is therefore one of the biggest commodity markets in the Euroregion. Very well known is the fish market on the adjacent Boschstraat with weekly customers from Belgium and northern France. The market also has a wide range of fabrics and haberdashery. The market has recently expanded to include a large flower and plant market at Mosae Forum and a number of innovative market concepts on Hoenderstraat.
