Bakkerij Paulissen

Bakkerij Paulissen is a modern Maastricht bakery and has a rich family history. The formal accession of Luc and Tom Paulissen in 2017 marked an important step in the transfer of the family business founded in 1981 by Fred and Marleen Paulissen.

With currently 10 bakery shops and a large number of business customers from the supermarket and hospitality sectors, among others, there is work to be done. Together with a team of 200 employees, they passionately make and sell what they do best; a diverse range of breads, rolls, savouries, flans and pastries.

From the bakery on the Slagmolen in Maastricht, the oven-fresh bread and pastries leave 7 days a week in the early morning for customers.

The shops are characterised by a wide range of bread and pastries, many of which include sandwiches and the opportunity to sit down for a nice piece of flan with coffee.

The newest concept can be found in the lively Maastricht district of Wyck and is characterised first and foremost as a traditional bakery shop where a wide range of fresh bread, flan and pastries are available 7 days a week. You can also enjoy a delicious cup of coffee with a freshly prepared sandwich or piece of Limburg flan in our café. The menu also includes various sweet and savoury snacks, sandwiches, paninis, coffee and tea specialities and soft drinks.
