The kitchen team led by chef de cuisine Robert Levels uses French cuisine as the basis for their dishes, enriched with surprising preparation techniques from around the world. On the plate, you will find a nice combination of local and international ingredients. For a vegetarian or vegan menu, the chef makes rich use of ingredients from his own garden and the adjacent Canner forest. Maître d'hotel Robert Bisschoff and his team have a personal and authentic service style. They will be happy to advise you on your choice of a matching wine or an alcohol-free, homemade cocktail.
