At Onglet, food and drink take centre stage, the common thread being meat. With this red thread, we do justice to the history of Onglet's location, both in the shop and in the restaurant. Onglet is located in the old butcher's shop of the Schürmann family in Wyck.

For Onglet 's menu and range, we are always looking for the story behind our products, this is a story we are proud to tell. When choosing our products and ingredients, quality is paramount, we look beyond the traditional steak or tenderloin, the traditional cooked ham or sausage and look for unknown and special parts of the animal. In doing so, we also promote the sustainability of our food chain.
