In a unique nature reserve, on the banks of the fishpond and with a beautiful view of the Enchi quarry, you can enjoy all kinds of activities from the information centre or rest after a brisk walk. Châlet d'n Observant has a beautiful indoor location, delightfully heated in the winter period by a wood-burning stove and a unique terrace that is partly covered.
Inside or outside on the terrace, you can enjoy a delicious cup of coffee with Belgian flan, a cool drink or a nice wine and there is a wide choice of special beers. They have a small menu with home-made dishes including ham and cheese sandwich, frikandel/croquette sandwich, hamburger sandwich, sandwich, various soups, croquettes, appetisers,... In addition, there are always various "special offers of the day".
