This factory building was once part of the crystal and pottery factory Royal Sphinx.
Located in the Bassin, the carpentry factory buildings were once part of the crystal and pottery factory Royal Sphinx and consisted of workshops, warehouses, a showroom and a power plant. After its closure, it was decided to convert the carpentry factory into a cultural factory. It currently houses the Muziekgieterij, where concerts take place, and the Lumière cinema.
