Theater Kumulus is housed in an old school building on Herbenusstraat 89 in Maastricht. It consists of a 116-seat theatre auditorium and an attractive foyer. The theatre is used by all Kumulus departments for performances, presentations, lectures and concerts. It is also a regular booking point of the Theater aan het Vrijthof for children's performances. It is also possible to rent the theatre and/or foyer. This is used by private persons, independent theatre companies, amateur associations or other institutions.
