Discover the flavours of autumn during a special culinary evening at L’Auberge. This edition focuses on seasonal produce, sustainability and gastronomy.
Goutte Edition
The L’Auberge Terroir Series focuses on the flavours of the season. For this autumn edition, L’Auberge is collaborating with Reinier Hoon, owner of the regenerative farm Goutte.
The evening begins with an aperitif and amuse-bouche, during which Reinier shares his vision of sustainable gastronomy. This is followed by a three-course dinner featuring seasonal produce from his vegetable garden, paired with complementary wines.
During the evening, Reinier will talk more about the importance of healthy soil, sustainable farming and the journey products take from vegetable patch to plate. The evening will conclude with coffee or tea.
