The Brand Brewery in Wijlre has been in existence since 1340 and is the oldest brewery in the Netherlands. During a visit, you’ll learn more about Brand’s history and discover how beer is brewed. You’ll get a glimpse of the copper brewing kettles and learn more about the ingredients and the brewing process.
Tasting at the Brand Tasting Room
After the guided tour, it’s time to discover a range of Brand beers at the Brand Tasting Room. There are various packages on offer, including beer tastings with accompanying snacks. You can also enjoy a drink on the terrace or visit the shop, which sells Brand souvenirs and gift hampers.
