Five chefs, one exceptional menu
Château Neercanne is all about gastronomy during a special collaboration between Oostwegel Collection and St. Martinus. In the atmospheric, historic Mergel Caves, five chefs come together for a culinary experience.

The lunch begins with an amuse-bouche by Robert Levels from Château Neercanne. Next, Tim Signet from Spencer’s, Raoul Goovaerts from Château St. Gerlach, Remco Pfeifer from L’Auberge and Guido Le Bron de Vexela from Les Salons will each present a course of their own. Seasonal produce and the chefs’ personal signatures take centre stage.

The dishes are paired with carefully selected wines from St. Martinus and winemaker Stan Beurskens. Together, gastronomy, wine and the unique surroundings create a delightful afternoon.
