Restaurant 't Pakhoes
In an old warehouse near the Waterpoort you will find an intimate place with a romantic, timeless interior. Perfect for cosy winter moments.
Restaurant Pakhoes has been a household name in Maastricht since 1989. Guidy Wolfs has been chef and owner for more than 30 years. His cooking style is classic French-Belgian. In his kitchen, sauces and perfect cuissons have always been the guiding principles. The property is a renovated old Pakhoes located in one of the most picturesque parts of the Wyck district, near the historic Waterpoortje. The interior is industrial but intimate and stylish, each level with its own atmosphere. During the summer months, there is also a beautiful terrace overlooking "Mother Meuse", where you can dine, drink and enjoy in peace.
Meanwhile, the Pakhoes is a real family business; Yvonne, Stefanie & Yves ensure that guests lack for nothing. For 30 years, no concessions have been made on quality in the kitchen and service, moreover, this excellent family team only works with the finest ingredients and wines.
