A very special environment with breathtaking nature and full of spectacular views over our beautiful countryside. Filled with beautiful, monumental houses, a lively Burgundian culture and with residents as characteristic as the landscape. Quirky, surprising, lilting, cosy and unchanged for centuries.

When we started our first holiday home (A gen Dijck, dd. 1670) 25 years ago, our mission quickly became clear. "This house and its history is so beautiful, we should be able to share it with others", founder Ans Beaujean thought. So it happened, and so for 25 years we have been collecting extraordinary holiday homes with ditto stories. If it is special enough and meets all Beaujean Vacances standards, the range is expanded. And so today we rent out more than 170 special holiday homes and welcome more than 50,000 guests a year. From a monumental half-timbered farmhouse in the village, to a tiny house in the middle of a meadow, a castle with a castle, a still-operating water mill or an authentic town house in the historical centre. In the most beautiful places in South, Central and North Limburg (NL), the Voerstreek (B) and the Ardennes (B). Our holiday homes are unique and characteristic of their surroundings on the outside and luxurious and breathtaking on the inside. The location and the view are always spectacular. We make sure all the right ingredients are present, so you can make the most beautiful memories!

And where 25 years ago Beaujean Vacances still consisted of 1 person armed with a paper diary and a telephone, now more than 12 people work from our head office in Gulpen. This allows us to guarantee you as a customer (or homeowner) not only the most exceptional holiday homes, but certainly also the best and most expert service.
