Welcome to Maastricht Marina - a unique combination of comfort, nature and hospitality on the banks of the river Meuse. Just a few minutes from the historic centre of Maastricht, our marina offers a green oasis with extensive facilities for water sports enthusiasts, camper van owners, holidaymakers and active bon vivants.

Berths for boats
Our modern marina offers permanent and transient berths for boats up to 35 metres. All berths have drinking water, Wi-Fi and electricity connection. Guests can choose from annual, seasonal or monthly contracts. For short stays, an attractive transient rate applies, including access to all facilities and sanitary facilities. Our special offer now applies, 1 night free for stays of 5 consecutive nights.

Waterfront camper pitches
Our camper pitches offer a view of the Pietersplas and are equipped with electricity, WiFi and access to modern sanitary facilities. They are in a quiet location within the gates of the marina. Late check-ins are possible until 21:00 (if booked in advance).

Special overnight stay stays on the water
Experience a unique night on the water in one of our comfortable houseboats. All accommodation is fully equipped with kitchen, bathroom, air conditioning, TV, WiFi and a terrace (depending on the type). Breakfast service can be booked as an option.

Sailing lessons - Learning to sail on the Meuse
At Maastricht Marina we offer sailing lessons for both beginners and advanced sailors. Our lessons are personal, flexible and completely tailored to your level and wishes. Whether you are holding the helm for the first time or want to gain more confidence in specific manoeuvres such as mooring, turning or sailing on flowing water - we will help you sail safely and relaxed.

Opportunities:

• Introduction lessons: Ideal for those who have never sailed before and want to learn the basics of steering, throttle and manoeuvring.

• Tailor-made private lessons: One-to-one instruction aimed at your learning goals. For example: passing bridges, mooring in the port, or boating licence preparation.

• Sailing lessons on your own boat: Do you have your own boat or did you bring one? Our instructor will board your boat and teach you how to sail using your own equipment.

• Group lessons: Cosy learning environment with several participants - learn from each other as well as from the instructor.

• Theory + practice (boating licence preparation): You will receive guidance in both theoretical rules and practical skills to confidently obtain the Small Boating Licence.

Lessons are given on the river Meuse and adjacent waters, under the guidance of experienced instructors with a professional water sports background. Our focus is on learning to sail safely, relaxed and skillfully, with attention to tranquillity, self-confidence and fun.

Rental & water activities
Explore the surroundings actively with our rental service, exclusively available for guests of Maastricht Marina:

• Small motorboat 

• Water taxi sails daily in high season between the marina and Maastricht city centre.

Events & sports activities
During the water sports season (1 April to 1 October), our location forms the backdrop for various sporting and recreational events such as:

• Outdoor fitness sessions and bootcamps (by subscription)

• Yoga on the water during summer mornings

• Several food trucks present every week

• Summer evenings on the marina terrace
