The Van Eyck rents out seven sober and stylishly furnished flats for short and long stays, centrally located in two historic buildings in Maastricht's Jeker Quarter. Situated next to the Van Eyck and between the various art faculties of Zuyd University, Universiteit Maastricht and cultural institutions, and with the Vrijthof within walking distance, it is an ideal base for a cultural, business or private visit to Maastricht.
Each flat has a sitting room with TV and internet connection, a bathroom with toilet and a separate bedroom with a double bed, equipped with bed linen and towels. In addition to four flats of around 35 m2, three more spacious (40m2 to 45m2) flats are available. Two flats have a sunny terrace.
