Wijnrestaurant Mes Amis the place where regional culinary delights meet local wines. Hostess Annaline Doelen and her son patron-cuisinier Patriek guarantee an evening of gastronomic enjoyment. Not only is wine an important part of a meal, for the kitchen staff it is the source of inspiration. Regional wines are selected first, creating refined dishes with beautiful products from local suppliers. Every month, a surprise menu (4-9 courses) is created for you to suit the season. There is also a wide range of vegetarian dishes available and, of course, your dietary needs are taken into account. After the aperitif with amuses, the staff will be happy to serve you a matching Limburg wine arrangement to complete the surprise. The staff are proud of the quality of the regional wines, both Dutch and Belgian. And they are happy to let you taste them. As a wine expert, Annaline creates her own cuvees together with a number of regional winemakers, which regularly win prizes. As one of Maastricht's most hospitable businesses, the approach is to pamper you for an evening and let you enjoy fine dining with your company.
