Second Great Circumambulation Sanctuary 2025

In a multicoloured procession the theme of the Sanctuary procession is depicted and the relics of Saint Servatius (Reliquary, bust), the other city devotions and relics of other saints are enthroned. Groups from home and abroad participate in this.
The route:
This circumambulation will be partly by five boats across the Maas. At 19.00 hrs departure of first boat from ENCI - at 20.00 hrs departure from Kesselskade - Het Bat - Stadspark ("under the little trees") - Begijnenstraat - Pieterstraat - Kleine Looiersstraat - Achter de Molens - Kapoenstraat - Sint Jacobsstraat - Vrijthof Zuid - Vrijthof - Vrijthof Noord (until theatre). After the procession, closing ceremony in front of the absis.
Grandstands:
There is a large grandstand on the Vrijthof. Tickets for the grandstand can be purchased via: Theater aan het Vrijthof
The event takes place on the occasion of the Sanctuary Day.
