The top of Dutch dance is coming to Maastricht again this year to celebrate its unprecedented diversity and quality with audiences.
The festival
This year, the Nederlandse Dansdagen (Dutch Dance Days) will descend on Maastricht for the 29th time. Under the motto 'Dance with me', more than 100 activities will bring together audiences, makers, companies, amateurs and professionals to celebrate dance in all its manifestations. From classical ballet to urban, from renowned companies to the next generation of choreographers, from theatre to film and events for young audiences.
For a week, the city of Maastricht breathes dance and buzzes with top performances, intimate premieres, dance evenings and underground parties. Theater aan het Vrijthof is the festival heart and the dance tent on the Vrijthof completes the festival.
