Inspired by the seasons, Bart Ausems surprises his guests with subtle combinations in which tradition and originality go hand in hand.
Tout à Fait is located right in the historic centre of Maastricht, near the Onze-Lieve-Vrouweplein square. There are three atmospheric levels, a separate aperitif area and two restaurant areas, one of which overlooks the open kitchen.
Inspired by the seasons, Patron-Cuisinier Bart Ausems surprises his guests with subtle combinations in which tradition and originality go hand in hand. Partly due to his never-ending dedication and continuous search for new dishes, Tout à Fait has been awarded a Michelin star since 2002.
