Using French-inspired cuisine as the basis each dish is enriched by remarkable preparation techniques and worldwide influences that combine local and international flavours. Using a variety of produce from our own estate garden and the adjacent Cannerbos, Chef also creates stand-out vegetarian and vegan menus. Maître d´Hotel, Dennis Lemmens and his team have a personal and authentic service style and are happy to advise on the best wine pairing or homemade, alcohol-free cocktail to go with each dish. When weather permits, lunch and dinner is served outside on the terrace, offering breath-taking views over the UNESCO-listed Baroque gardens and Jeker Valley.
