La Saison Culinaire de L’Euregio, or 'the culinary season of the Euregio': It is the perfect time and platform for the whole of the Euregio Meuse-Rhine to draw attention to, promote, and establish links between Limburg wines, local products, and local dishes as well as the passion of the makers of these products.

Both Belgian and Dutch Limburg will be hosting a myriad of culinary events from early September to the end of November that are characteristic of the season of harvest and slaughter. Experience the flavours of the grapes that are harvested for the wonderful Limburg wines, and indulge in the delicious pâtés and stews made from seasonal game. La Saison Culinaire combines everything that makes Limburg's gastronomy unique: our love for our regional products and dishes, and the passion of those who create them. In the autumn, a special programme will be presented that is generously seasoned with a variety of tastings, workshops, unique culinary and cultural events, and completed with a dash of food and wine-related entertainment and tours. This includes the organization of events such as the Château Maestricht weekend, Streektafel 6213, and the Limburgers Streekdiner (Limburg regional dinner).
