From the combination between North African cuisine and the feeling he experienced, surprising flavour combinations emerged. These flavour combinations were expressed in special dishes and chocolate-coated dates, which were later further developed into sophisticated chocolates. The handmade chocolates offer a unique taste experience and even received the approval of Master Pastry Chefs. For Soufiane, this was the starting point for Madaq, which means flavour in Berber.
