Welcome to Safar, our home in the heart of Maastricht's historic centre. Safar serves the food of contemporary Beirut, heavily influenced by rich cultures in the Levant and North Africa. Behind the Art Deco townhouses is our dining room, under a glass conservatory, facing south and bathed in the afternoon sun. Mosaic marble covers the floor and extends to the courtyard through a room-high glass door.
The artisanal menu combines fresh herbs and spices to create a balance of flavour and texture in each dish, offering Maastricht guests a truly Levantine experience.
