Although the name suggests otherwise, Café Sjiek is a casual eatery where you can enjoy 'chic' dishes and wines in the Maastricht sense of the word. The menu includes dishes from the region, such as 'zoervleis', blood sausage and sauerkraut dish. The chic wine bar also offers excellent wines by the bottle or glass. In summer, the large outdoor terrace in the historic city park is highly recommended.
