Want to become an expert in Mestreechs? Then this course is for you!
Already quite at home in Mestreechs, but want to improve your speaking skills further? In this in-depth course, you will work on your dialect and deepen your knowledge of Maastrichtish and other Limburgish language varieties.
What to expect?
Mestreechs for Advanced is a communicative group course in which you actively practise listening and speaking in the Maastricht dialect. There is plenty of room for interaction, questions and personal guidance. The course is taught by Jolie van Loo, a specialist in the Limburg dialect and an experienced language teacher. Afterwards, you will receive a certificate of participation.
The course consists of 8 meetings on Thursday evenings from 19.00 to 21.30.

This course is part of the Leef Limburgs programme, which is followed enthusiastically throughout the province. The course is organised by the Maastricht Library in cooperation with the City of Maastricht, 't Hoes veur 't Limburgs and dialect association Veldeke Mestreech.
