Read with your nose
This unique reading session is not just about watching and listening, but also about smelling. As the story ofThis is Snail is read aloud, children discover scents that match what Snail is experiencing. This brings the story to life in a whole new way.

Interactive and playful
Children get to work with the smells on the reading table and experience the story step by step. Afterwards, there is room for creativity and they make their own colouring page.

Open to all
This activity is fun for all children, but especially suitable for children with (reading) disabilities, such as language development disorders, visual or physical disabilities and developmental delays. The multisensory approach allows each child to participate in their own way.

Practical info
The inclusive reading table can be found in the children's library at Centre Céramique during the month of May. Registration is compulsory. One accompanying adult per child is welcome.
