Lindy Hop Night
As one of the founding fathers, Frankie Manning, said, "I've never seen a Lindy Hopper who wasn't smiling. It's a happy dance. It makes you feel good." Are you new to Lindy Hop? No problem! The evening starts with a short beginner's workshop, taught by guest teachers. For those who already have dance experience, there will be an advanced workshop to deepen your skills, by special guests Katie Cobalt and Mike Sonder.
Everyone is welcome
There are no rules: everyone dances with everyone else, solo or together. Roles are not determined by gender. Need a partner? Not at all. Everyone leads, everyone follows, and above all: everyone has fun.
