It seemed like a wonderful and insane idea. A hike by a father and adolescent son over Europe's highest mountains. Four weeks, 555 kilometres and 22,200 altimeters over the Dream Trail, a challenging route from Munich to Venice. Immersed in pristine nature, matchless panoramas, away from world news, there would be room for intimate conversations.
