Extraordinary story
Michel Sluysmans directs a 12-member cast depicting the tragic and witty story of Iedermens, who on the threshold to eternity has to account for his earthly life. Iedermens is loosely based on the morality Elckerlyc, one of the oldest Dutch plays, and was written by Branden Jacobs-Jenkins, one of the world's most celebrated writers today.
Roles divided by lot
Iedermens is a universal story about the hope of redemption and the utter randomness of death. All actors know the entire play by heart and are assigned their roles by lot each performance.
