The introduction week for all new students of Maastricht University and Zuyd University of Applied Sciences.
INKOM is Maastricht’s general induction week for all new students at Maastricht University, Zuyd University of Applied Sciences and VISTA College. During this week, students get to know the city, their degree programme and their new fellow students. It is the first step towards a new life in Maastricht, full of encounters, activities and new experiences.
There’s plenty to do at various locations across the city. A large part of the programme takes place at MECC Maastricht. This is where students come together for activities, information and festive occasions. This way, you not only get to know your study environment, but you also discover what Maastricht has to offer as a student city.

INKOM 2026 can be found in City Centre
Location
Shoppers will enjoy the city centre. This is where the main shopping streets and shopping centres can be found. This part of the city also has the well-known highlights such as the Vrijthof square and the town hall on the Markt square.
