Dancing (back) in the Park: Sunday

On Sunday 14 June, Koningsplein will once again be dedicated to meeting, music and dance during Dancing (back) in the Park. This day brings together different generations and dance styles. From children and families to lovers of folk dance, line dance and free dance: everyone can join in or enjoy the cosy atmosphere in the park.

The day starts at 10.30am with Danscode Gekraakt: a children's dance game for children aged 4 to 12, while young visitors who prefer free play and movement can have fun in the children's corner. At noon, a DJ Marvin will provide an upbeat musical start to the afternoon. After a short break at 1.30pm, a danceWEB Dance Café in collaboration with PRA Music Theatre will follow at 2pm, making dance accessible to all and allowing visitors to dance to live music in a relaxed and convivial setting.

At 15:45 there will be another short break, followed by the Line Dance/Circle Dance at 16:00. From 6 p.m., DJ William and Duo Sjappoo alternate for a festive evening. At 10 p.m., the programme ends, but the memory of a day full of movement, music and connection will linger long after.
