A full-length musical theatre show in which Lex Uiting returns to Limburg with well-known songs, personal stories and his band
"Kôm, laot ôs nao 't zuuje gaon..." With these words, Lex Uiting opened a completely sold-out show at the Ziggo Dome earlier this year, accompanied by the Metropole Orchestra. After 20 years of touring the world, from Amsterdam to Uruzgan to Brazil, the singer and songwriter now returns to his Limburg roots. In a full-length performance, he and his regular live band will perform well-known songs such as Nao 't Zuuje, Letste Leedje, Wachte and Gans Veur Gaon. Between the songs, one question is central: why has the homesickness for the South never disappeared all these years? The result is a personal musical ode to Limburg, told in music and stories.
