Jaap Reesema goes on tour with Wie ik ben - a personal and musical journey along theatres throughout the country.
Together with his full band, he will not only bring his latest album Sprakeloos to life, but also play his greatest hits and other special songs.
"It feels like I have entered a new phase. You meet people, you lose people. My children are getting older, going to school. That realisation, those moments of happiness and vulnerability, form the basis of this album and this tour," Reesema said.
With his regular team, consisting of Arno Krabman and Joren van der Voort, Jaap worked intensively on Sprakeloos. The result? A versatile and sincere album, with the recognisable Jaap sound and surprising collaborations with Ronnie Flex and Trobi.
During Wie ik ben Jaap will once again show why his beautiful voice touched the entire Netherlands in Beste Zangers, with his moving version of Grijs as the highlight. The impressive harmonies make this tour extra special and take the music to an even higher level.
