More than a life story
Eva Eikhout is a programme maker and presenter with BNNVARA, but above all an inspiring woman who, despite her physical disability, leads a life brimming with energy, humour and perseverance. In her theatre lecture, she takes you into her personal story, but not in the usual way.
Life in your own hands
Menno Stam wrote and directs this show in style, with masterful cabaretesque timing and audience interaction. You are taken into a world not set up for those without arms and legs. Eva shows us that we all have to deal with our own physical or mental limitations; it is up to us to take matters into our own hands with a healthy dose of self-mockery.
