The Roundtable on Law & Popular Culture brings together researchers, students and professionals to explore the interaction between law and popular culture. From films and music to literature and media, how do these cultural expressions shape our understanding of law, and how does law in turn influence the culture around us?
International programme
During this two-day event, participants from different countries and disciplines will share new insights on the relationship between law, society and culture. Roundtable on Law & Popular Culture can be found in Jeker Quarter
Location
In the Jeker Quarter, you will find atmospheric restaurants and cafés with the finest terraces, the historic city wall, a bakery with a water mill where flour is ground for the tastiest flans and, if you are lucky, live music in the streets.
