In the corner room, architect Mathieu Bruls presents a retrospective of his multifaceted oeuvre, from urban planning and architecture to product design and autonomous objects. His characteristic drawings in pen and pencil show a consistent, distinctive language of form that is not guided by trends.
The exhibition shows how Bruls' work is rooted in broader cultural and human themes, fuelled in part by his design practice in Maastricht, where diverse cultural worlds converge.
Also on display is his book journal by Mathieu Bruls Architect. This preview copy can be viewed on site and the book is available from Bureau Europa.
