Marc Broussard brings his Louisiana blues to the Muziekgieterij on March 24.
Marc Broussard mixes classic R&B, rock and soul with a modern sound. His father, guitarist of The Boogie Kings and member of the Louisiana Hall of Fame, encouraged him early on. In Lafayette, Marc developed his talents from childhood. At the age of 20, he released a successful EP and signed with Island Records; his hit "Home" made him nationally known. After several albums with major labels, he returned to independent work and released successful original as well as cover albums. Proceeds from his covers support charities through his SOS Foundation. His latest release is S.O.S. 4: Blues for Your Soul.
