About the artist
Chrysostomos Tzevelekos is an acclaimed classical guitarist, born and raised in Greece. He studied on scholarship at the Thessaloniki State Conservatory, where he completed his studies with distinction. His exceptional talent was recognised early on: he won several prizes at leading international guitar competitions.
From Thessaloniki to Maastricht
Tzevelekos is currently continuing his musical development at the Conservatorium Maastricht, where he studies in Carlo Marchione's guitar class. During this period, he gives a series of recitals presenting a deep and compelling repertoire, in which audiences often describe his music as soul-healing: warm, intimate and full of expression. This recital offers a unique opportunity to experience a young master of classical guitar live.
