Step into the fascinating world of archaeology at the ArcheoHotspot Maastricht, located on the first floor of Centre Céramique. Here you can actively participate in archaeological projects, such as determining shards from an old well or other exciting investigations. It is an informal and fun way to explore real archaeological finds and bring history to life.
For children: Children can learn through play by puzzling pottery shards together, gluing and helping with sieving. For adults: Adults can not only participate, but also contribute to unravelling the Maastricht archaeology collection.
